Deposit

One $200.00 deposit for both Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer.

One $200.00 deposit is required when the contract is signed or with the waiting list application. The first and/or last months’ rent is due one month before the contract begins.

A $15.00 service charge per 4-month period is deducted from the deposit at the time of moving out for the cleaning of carpet, upholstery, windows, blinds.
